Sidebar Navigation
- Dashboard: Serves as the primary control center. From here, you may log water intake, track steps, and initiate work sessions.
- Analytics: Displays data from the previous 30 days. Use the "previous" and "next" buttons to navigate through historical records.
- Challenges: Allows you to create custom tasks (for example, "Read 10 pages"). You may assign the XP reward manually.
- Badges: Displays milestones you have unlocked. Badges that have not yet been earned will appear in grayscale.
Common Fixes & FAQ
My streak has reset to zero.
Streaks automatically reset if at least one item is not logged before midnight. If a day is missed, locate the insurance banner on the dashboard to restore the streak using your accumulated levels.
The Pomodoro timer appears stuck or out of sync.
If the timer appears inaccurate, refresh the page. The system synchronizes with the server every five seconds, so refreshing will retrieve the most recent and accurate time from the database.
How can I change my name or birthday?
These values are currently established during the initial setup process. If your age was entered incorrectly (which may affect system goals), you will need to use the Danger Zone within the settings menu to reset your account and complete setup again.
Managing Custom Challenges
On the Challenges page:
- Enter a name for the challenge and assign an XP value (1–100).
- Select Add to pin the challenge to your list.
- Use the + / − buttons to record progress.
- Select Delete to remove the challenge. Predefined challenges (such as "Stretch") may also be deleted if desired.
Account & Security
Your data is stored within a secure database environment. Your password is hashed, which means it is encrypted in such a way that even system developers cannot view it directly. If you forget your password, you may use the email recovery system available on the login page.
