This document establishes the binding interface between the User and the Robustly Ecosystem. Read carefully or terminate connection.
By accessing robustlyapp.com, creating a Robustly ID, or interacting with the Architect AI, you hereby enter a binding contractual agreement. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
If you do not agree to these protocols in their entirety, you must navigate to the settings terminal and execute an immediate account deletion. Continued usage constitutes irrevocable consent to all current and future system modifications.
Robustly is a productivity and vitality tracking interface. It is not a medical application. All data points, including recommended water intake, step goals, and sleep targets, are generated by algorithms designed for motivational purposes only.
The Architect AI is a performance coach, not a physician. Never ignore professional medical advice because of a suggestion made by the platform. If you feel physical distress, stop immediately.
You are solely responsible for knowing your own physical limits. The platform does not account for pre-existing conditions, illness, or individual physiological requirements.
Robustly utilizes User-inputted data and browser-level tracking to calculate vitality tiers. We do not guarantee the scientific accuracy of these metrics. Points, Levels, and Badges are gamified representations of effort and do not correlate to actual medical health assessments.
All virtual assets, including the "Architect" tier, level status, and collected badges, are the property of the Robustly Ecosystem. We reserve the right to reset, modify, or terminate these markers for system balancing.
Robustly is built on a custom SQLite3 framework. Any attempt to exploit, "jailbreak," or conduct unauthorized stress tests on the server infrastructure will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your Robustly ID and associated IP address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. If your Robustly ID is compromised, notify the Architect via the contact terminal immediately.
The Architect AI utilizes the Groq Inference Engine. While your data is processed through these secondary systems to generate tips, Robustly does not share your identity with these providers. You agree to allow your anonymized vitality metrics to be processed by these systems for the duration of your session.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Robustly development team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (if any).
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, recommendations, or outputs generated by the service terminal.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from use of the service will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
